Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Entering at least 2nd year of higher education pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Able to work at least 20 hours per week during normal business hours, but we can offer up to full time hours.
Responsibilities
  • Support the collection, organization, and analysis of customer feedback from surveys (i.e. NPS, CSAT, CES), reviews and other VoC sources.
  • Assist in identifying themes, trends, and insights from qualitative and quantitative customer data.
  • Help maintain and improve the VoC reporting and documentation.
  • Contribute to CX storytelling by summarizing insights for presentations and internal communications.
  • Support CX initiatives and projects that improve customer journeys and experiences.
  • Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and update charts and visualizations to communicate insights clearly.
  • Assist in data validation, cleanup and organization to ensure accuracy.
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • May perform other administrative/support tasks including maintaining databases, data entry, reporting, maintaining files, photocopying, imaging, mail, and/or supply functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
