Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing corporate accounts, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to identify and prospect new clients.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for business clients.
  • Support resolution of corporate client inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay up to date on the bank's financial products and services for businesses.
  • Participate in implementing new processes and technologies to improve the efficiency of enterprise service.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all business transactions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
