Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions and transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns.
Generate new and repeat sales by providing detailed product and technical information and recommending alternate products based on customer needs and availability.
Monitor delivery schedules and expedite shipments as necessary to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate, complete customer and transaction records in the P21 system.
Work with the outside sales team and distribution team to meet monthly sales quotas and gross margin targets.
