- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar, is required.
- Candidates must be able to work a graveyard shift.
- Candidates must have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM.
- Candidates must have a primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet service of at least 10 Mbps.
- Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones and allocate meeting time effectively.
- Coordinate and maintain recurring and ad hoc meetings, including one-on-ones and team meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leaders.
- Draft, review, and manage email, Slack, and task-based communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Organize and prepare for meetings by setting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Participate in team and leadership meetings as required to gain context on priorities and critical business activities.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support programmatic scheduling for internal events, onboarding sessions, and other one-off projects.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to support smooth operations across functional areas.
