Requirements
  • 9 to 12+ years of progressive external customer facing experience
  • Experience in all major areas of incident management, risk assessment, and leading and scaling operations engineering teams
  • Strategic thinking and thought leadership within the field of technology operations
  • Significant experience in setting a vision for a team and leading, mentoring and scaling teams
  • Strong metrics-driven focus with ability to use data to prove what is – or isn’t - working and drive improvements
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a highly matrixed organization, across a number of different teams and global locations
Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale incident response capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement of incident response process
  • Establish a culture of blameless post-mortems
  • Define and publish measures and implement programs of work focused on relentless improvement of players’ experience
  • Manage Game Day Readiness plans
  • Lead globally distributed teams to provide partnerships to diverse studios and publishing colleagues
