About the job
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 4 years of network engineering experience in an IT infrastructure area is required.
- At least 3 years of switch, router, and firewall operation and maintenance experience is required.
- At least 2 years of network infrastructure design experience is required.
- Proficiency in operating devices from mainstream network manufacturers such as Cisco and Juniper is required.
- Proficiency in core network technologies such as routing protocols and Layer 2 technology is required.
- Implement network projects according to the ADC annual work plan or user requests, including structural design, network hardware and software installation and configuration, testing, and production go-live in accordance with the Bank’s management and technical standards.
- Provide daily operations and technical support in response to user requests or issues, and maintain network performance through health checks and reporting, configuration backups, monitoring and incident handling, patch installation, and software upgrades.
- Assist the Team Lead with backbone and security network design and optimization, provide expert advice on major network changes, troubleshoot critical issues, and test new technologies.
- Develop and update technical standards and guide documents.
- Install IT equipment and complete cabling and labeling in the computer room according to technical standards and operating manuals, and record and track IT assets in the computer room.
- Execute purchases according to approved requests, assist the section leader in developing the annual budget, and assist related departments with inventory tracking for hardware, software, and licenses.
- Assist the Team Lead with preparing documents required for audits and external examinations and responding to questions.
- Understand, comply with, and, where necessary, monitor activities for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or an equivalent professional certificate is preferred.
