Responsibilities
  • Greet patients during check-in and check-out and answer phones.
  • Post payments.
  • Enter and edit demographic and insurance information.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain medical records and process referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area.
  • Ensure accurate chart documentation according to office protocols.
