Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous communication and direction to drivers, shops, and vendors regarding breakdown events.
  • Use the TMT RoadCall program to document issues, vendor information, and repair plans while ensuring Department of Transportation compliance.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to phone calls and emails from drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain invoices for processing in the TMT system and upload them to Synergize.
  • Assist in planning, communicating, and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks with drivers and operations teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in mechanical operations, computer operations, and phone operations.
