Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the general Accounts Receivable email inbox, respond to incoming requests, clear conversation threads daily, and respond to or assign requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Respond to customer requests for invoice and statement copies.
  • Apply purchase orders to their respective cases in proprietary software.
  • Update the customer relationship management system with customer-provided contact information changes.
  • Verify that vendor purchase order pricing matches invoice pricing.
  • Follow up with customers and sales to resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Administer and process billing information daily.
  • Enter invoice data on customer portals or websites.
  • Monitor invoices for rejections and work with internal team members to correct and resubmit them.
  • Assist with monthly statement processing.
  • Process customer credit card payments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers, team members, and customers to maintain a cooperative working relationship.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • Experience with Great Plains software is preferred.
