About the Job

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including cleaning, lifting, and moving equipment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Category B driving licence.
  • English language ability.
  • Ability to perform physically active cleaning tasks for most of a shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movements.
  • Comfort working inside vehicles, including in confined spaces and on elevated surfaces, and outdoors around the fleet.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment and supplies weighing up to 15 kg.
  • Comfort using cleaning products and chemicals safely, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments; training is provided.
  • Follow company safety guidelines when handling chemicals.
  • Comfort working in varied temperatures and weather conditions while washing or preparing vehicles outdoors.
  • Ability to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute operational needs, such as urgent shifts or additional cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet hygiene and appearance standards and ensure consistently high-quality results.
  • Prepare campervans with required kits, bedding, and optional extras for reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Inspect vehicles after return for cleanliness, missing items, or damage, and report issues for follow-up.
  • Manage inventory and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing supplies, and report shortages or damage.
  • Support depot logistics, keep cleaning areas organized, move vehicles, and assist with operational needs during peak periods.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, warehouse work, housekeeping, or operations.
