Responsibilities
- Create a winning and effective operating rhythm playbook for a growing complex organization
- Program manage key operating rhythm meetings and forums
- Develop compelling executive communication for annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and key events
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and scorecards
- Program manager end-to-end Tableau digitization efforts: develop/implement/manage project plans for optimum business insights; drive change management and adoption; track dashboard performance; work highly effectively with internal and external entities
- Reinforce communication with valuable business insights via best-in-class analytics and dashboards; distill complex information to succinct messaging
- Integrate seamlessly into cross-functional project teams
- Thrive in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment serving Senior Executives and cross-divisional stakeholders
