Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited school of physical or occupational therapy.
- Three to five years of progressive management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct a physical, occupational, and speech therapy program.
- Administer optimal patient care, including assessment, evaluation, documentation, and treatment for individual patients referred by physicians.
- Prepare and administer the annual operating budget.
- Manage department policies and procedures.
- Interview, select, and evaluate staff.
- Supervise and educate staff.
- Ensure assessment and treatment media, approaches, and techniques are appropriate and specific to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
