Responsibilities
  • Advise prospective and existing clients on the range of mortgage products offered by the bank.
  • Analyze applicants' financial and credit profiles to ensure the viability of mortgage transactions.
  • Manage the full mortgage loan application cycle, from prospecting through closing.
  • Maintain an active client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure an efficient process and excellent customer experience.
  • Meet the institution's mortgage placement and profitability targets.
  • Stay current on real estate market trends and mortgage regulations.
  • Prepare management and commercial activity reports.
