Requirements
  • 3+ years prior experience in a Customer Success / Account Management role
  • 1+ year working with Emerging Enterprise SaaS customers
  • Experience supporting customers in a scale or one-to-many environment
  • Proven ability to program-manage software adoption within Emerging Enterprise organizations
  • A customer-focused mentality with passion and curiosity for customers' businesses
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a one-to-many book of business for 80-120 customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for successful renewals and growth strategies
  • Monitor portfolio's account health and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Design and execute scalable success plans for solution adoption
  • Deliver value-based business reviews with customer executives
  • Cultivate relationships with client executives
