Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role primarily based in the office, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach to work, and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides); familiarity with other tools like Microsoft Teams and travel management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a fast-moving environment, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Demonstrates high levels of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage the complex calendars of the SVP of EMEA and VP of EMEA Sales, scheduling internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Organize and prepare for key meetings, including agenda preparation, coordinating attendees, taking minutes, and ensuring the follow-up of action points.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and organising files.
  • Assist in organising team offsite, client events, and other corporate functions.
