Responsibilities
  • Build and scale leadership capability across the division.
  • Lead and develop people leaders and senior individual contributors, strengthening leadership effectiveness across teams.
  • Build leadership bench strength and succession readiness.
  • Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, objectives and key results, and accountability frameworks.
  • Oversee performance management, talent development, and career progression.
  • Own the health, performance, and continuous improvement of the divisional consulting portfolio.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, including delivery predictability, risk mitigation, and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and act on portfolio-level utilization, margin, and delivery-effectiveness trends.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of delivery standards, methodologies, and quality frameworks across teams.
  • Identify and address systemic risks and performance gaps at a programmatic level.
  • Drive improvements in delivery models, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Leverage customer and delivery insights to enhance customer experience and implementation success.
  • Contribute to and operationalize divisional strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to shape divisional strategy by identifying growth opportunities, delivery gaps, and priorities.
  • Translate strategy into team-level objectives and key results, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Drive alignment and accountability for strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Use delivery, customer, and performance data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Guide prioritization and trade-offs across competing initiatives.

  • Ensure clear accountability for operational processes across teams and supporting functions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and operational effectiveness at a portfolio level.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational maturity.
