Requirements
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience working with key stakeholders to track project status, actions, milestones, and schedules.
- Experience preparing briefings and ensuring teams are prepared for high-level meetings.
- An active Top Secret clearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and task-tracking or collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate taskings, drills, and special requests to ensure timely completion to the expected standard.
- Manage taskings originating from external organizations and internal leadership by assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintain leadership calendars by creating and accepting meeting invitations, coordinating visit requests, and de-conflicting events.
- Manage incoming emails, calls, and messages to support effective scheduling and provide leaders with information and support for mission requirements.
- Support major program reviews and other high-level engagements by coordinating schedules, assembling read-ahead materials, and supporting briefing-content development.
- Assist in drafting and refining briefings, reports, and communication documents, including classified materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front-office or Executive Officer role within the Department of Defense or similar organizations.
- Experience supporting senior-level leaders, such as Senior Executive Service members, flag officers, or equivalent.
