Requirements
  • Experience working with children is required in the sense that the role involves supervising and caring for children aged 4–11.
  • The role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy.
  • Two references must be provided, including one from the most recent employer and one from a childcare setting if applicable.
  • The successful candidate must provide documentation for a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
  • The candidate must be able to work split shifts from 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts and crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep them safe and clean.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring that every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in and sign-out processes.
  • Run activities and manage groups of children during breakfast and after-school club sessions.
  • Work split shifts during the morning and afternoon operational periods.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work.
