- Experience developing backend, frontend, or full-stack software in production environments, using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.

- Evolve data-intensive products and asynchronous processes using TypeScript, with distributed applications running on AWS serverless architecture.
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Evolve the company's infrastructure and technical standards.
- Conduct in-depth investigations of bugs and structural problems using an analytical approach.
- Contribute to long-term architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the team.
- Experience with financial systems, payroll, tax, or government integrations.
- Knowledge of specific AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, RDS, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
- Experience with products using AI and large language models in production.
- Experience at seed-stage or Series A startups.
- Open-source contributions or a relevant technical track record, such as ICPC or research.
