About the Job

Requirements

  • Extensive product management background, with a proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex, multi-team product or platform.
  • Experience leading product and building and shaping a product function.
  • A technical background and demonstrated judgment in a deeply technical environment.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority, operating as a peer to engineering leads without a formal reporting line into their teams.
  • AI fluency, including understanding current AI tools and capabilities and having a point of view on how AI can influence development workflows.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own Titan as a product by defining and driving its vision, strategy, and product management framework, and build the function largely from scratch.
  • Translate Supercell's game development ambitions into a coherent, multi-year strategic direction for Titan, and identify gaps in capabilities, scope, or team alignment.
  • Productize Titan's existing capabilities through packaging, documentation, and adoption paths so their value is clear and realized.
  • Define how Titan measures success, including adoption, developer satisfaction, and platform health, and use those measures to refine strategy.
  • Build and own the single Titan-level roadmap, challenging assumptions, sharpening priorities, and driving trade-offs that connect team plans to Titan strategy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for game and partner teams on overall Titan-level needs; develop a first-hand understanding of their needs, distinguish needs from requests, and turn them into organization-wide priorities.
  • Partner with team leads on productization and prioritization, and coach teams to think more like product teams and clarify what each team offers.
  • Communicate Titan's strategy and roadmap across the organization, and work with the Head of Titan, team leads, and technical owners to establish shared priorities and ways of working while respecting each team's independence over staffing, roadmap, and execution.

Desired Qualifications

  • Leadership and people management experience; the product management team may grow over time.
  • Background in the gaming industry.
