About the company

West Shore buys and manages apartment communities for renters and real estate investors in the United States. Its business centers on multifamily housing, where many households rent separate homes within one apartment community with shared facilities and common spaces. The firm handles investment analysis and financing alongside the day-to-day work of maintaining buildings, leasing homes and serving residents. It earns rental income from the properties it owns, while its corporate team oversees asset management and property-specific improvement projects through the life of each investment. Founded in 2016, West Shore is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
