Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal quarterback by leveraging stakeholders and resources to drive deals through the customer engagement process.
  • Nurture established territories and develop untapped regions.
  • Manage and drive sales cycles by qualifying and accurately forecasting new business opportunities.
  • Uncover challenges faced by prospective clients and present how the company’s solution addresses their concerns and supports growth.
  • Drive revenue by navigating the customer buying process, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and securing signed agreements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling human resources information system or human capital management software and/or selling into human resources is strongly preferred.
