Responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio-level constructability reviews and technical assessments.
  • Develop and promote construction standards, best practices, delivery methods, tools, and governance processes.
  • Identify construction risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate project sequencing, logistics, productivity, workflow constraints, recovery strategies, schedules, and execution alternatives.
  • Lead field innovation, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement lessons learned across projects.
  • Identify recurring execution issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct independent project health and construction risk assessments.
  • Support portfolio delivery reviews, executive escalations, and recovery planning.
  • Validate reported progress through field observations and project reviews.
  • Support construction-related startup, energization, turnover, and readiness assessments.
  • Serve as a senior technical interface with colocation providers and external delivery partners.
  • Review construction execution, quality, design, and readiness of leased facilities.
  • Assess provider performance and identify delivery risks or gaps.
  • Support technical observations related to contract compliance.
  • Recommend corrective actions and performance improvements.
  • Provide technical support for change order and contractor claim reviews.
  • Validate constructability, cost, and schedule impacts associated with proposed changes.
  • Mentor Construction Directors, Construction Manager Leads, and Construction Managers.
  • Transfer technical knowledge and best practices across projects.
  • Facilitate cross-project lessons learned and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Promote consistent execution practices across the regional portfolio.
  • Prepare constructability review reports, portfolio construction health assessments, technical risk and mitigation assessments, recovery strategy assessments, startup and turnover readiness reviews, productivity improvement recommendations, lessons learned reports, industrialization opportunity assessments, colocation provider performance assessments, construction innovation recommendations, cross-project execution trend reports, continuous improvement action plans, and technical mentoring and development feedback.
  • Participate in strategic site walks, constructability reviews, recovery meetings, executive project assessments, and major construction, energization, startup, and turnover milestones.
  • Regularly assess field quality, progress, productivity, sequencing, and delivery risk.
