Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
  • Hold a university master's degree in occupational therapy or a recognized equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Assess users' functional skills and physical and psychosocial abilities across adult, geriatric, or neuromotor populations.
  • Determine and implement an individualized treatment and intervention plan focused on restoring or maintaining autonomy.
  • Recommend, design, or adjust technical aids, orthoses, or clinical assistance devices.
  • Collaborate with the facility's rehabilitation team, including physiotherapists and technologists, as well as medical teams.
  • Document users' clinical progress and provide necessary follow-up.
