Requirements

Graduate from a Radiologic Technology program approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology.
Hold a current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists registry.
Have one year of MRI experience.
Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
Follow MRI safety standards and imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

Verify patient information and screen patients for MRI safety.
Prepare patients for MRI examinations.
Administer contrast media.
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Perform equipment quality checks.

MRI Technologist PRN – Baptist Health La Grange
Baptist Health La Grange is seeking a PRN, MRI Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, screening for MRI safety, prepping patients, administering contrast media, and following all imaging protocols. Requirements:

Graduate from Radiologic Technology at an ARRT/JCERT approved program

Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry

One year experience in MRI

BCLS required within 90 days of hire
