- At least 3 years of experience as a webmaster or web developer.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of web analytics and search engine optimization.
- Familiarity with web standards.
- Working knowledge of website management tools.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, and XML.
- Consult with, support, and assist a large team of content editors and publishers in modifying and editing content, images, and styles on the Client Web Builder platform.
- Build functional and easy-to-use websites using content management system tools such as WordPress and Drupal.
- Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
- Upload and update webpages and website content, and review search engine optimization.
- Optimize loading speeds and capacity.
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices.
- Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages.
- Address user complaints.
