- The employee accurately enters orders into the point-of-sale system.
- The employee retrieves food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar and delivers them to guests promptly.
- The employee collects guest payments by credit card, cash, or gift card, processes transactions using the point-of-sale system, and provides correct change.
- The employee performs shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned side work.
- The employee packs and verifies to-go orders with guests.
- The employee greets guests at the curbside pickup area.
