Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction and/or tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor bidding, scope review, and the buyout process.
  • Oversee requests for information, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Los Angeles building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project costs and proactively mitigate risks and delays.
  • Lead client meetings and provide consistent project updates.
  • Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.
