Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of planning or scheduling experience on major construction or infrastructure programmes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, maintenance, and multidisciplinary what-if scenario modelling.
  • Experience managing and assessing NEC3 or NEC4 contract programmes, including Compensation Events and delay analysis.
  • A good understanding of heavy civil works and sequencing, including pavements, drainage, earthworks, and stands infrastructure.
  • The ability to produce estimate programmes from first principles.
  • The ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent scope and programme changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across client, contractor, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Eligibility to obtain UK airside security clearance.
  • Full right to work in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and progress the Level 3 or Level 4 Primavera P6 programme for the Airfield and Civils works.
  • Support NEC contract administration by reviewing contractor programmes, Compensation Events, and delay analysis.
  • Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and trend analysis for the programme team.
  • Work closely with commercial, risk, and design teams to keep cost, schedule, and change control aligned.
  • Attend and contribute to progress and programme meetings, presenting schedule status to stakeholders.
  • Support what-if scenario modelling as scope evolves and inform re-baselining where required.
  • Help embed consistent planning standards within the new and growing team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience on an aviation or airport infrastructure programme, including airfield, terminal, or airside civil works.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management, including Planned versus Actual reporting.
  • Experience with schedule assurance and quality reviews, such as DCMA-14 checks.
  • Exposure to tollgate and governance gateway processes.
  • A good understanding of operational constraints and aviation regulatory requirements.
