Requirements
  • An associate degree in radiologic technology, allied health, or applied science, or completion of a certificate/training program, is required.
  • Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging is preferred.
  • A state license as a radiographer is required.
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures by operating fluoroscopy and radiologic equipment.
  • Maintain sterile technique; prepare and pass instruments, catheters, and other procedural supplies.
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures to support positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care in the cardiovascular procedural environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging.
