- Lead strategic planning, high-level design, and end-to-end implementation oversight of IT infrastructure projects, aligning them with business needs, especially in the financial industry.
- Manage overall project execution across business requirements, IT systems, and operational transformations to support smooth delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with industry standards.
- Analyze complex data, develop logical hypotheses, and propose technical and operational solutions.
- Facilitate high-level meetings and maintain advisory relationships with clients and business partners at equivalent professional levels.
- Monitor project health and provide data-backed status updates and visualizations to supervisors and key stakeholders.
- Standardize and govern project deliverables to align with ABeam project management methodologies.
- Foster team collaboration, pursue continuous self-improvement including leveraging AI tools for efficiency, and mentor team members to develop their skills.
