Self-management and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school education.
Responsibilities
Intake new patients and maintain electronic patient records.
Provide customer service in person and by phone in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
Serve as the first point of contact for service requests and liaise between patients and community service staff regarding appointments, scheduling, products, and general information.
Process referrals and orders and triage priorities as appropriate.
Resolve customer concerns while adhering to established procedures.
Process client purchases, complete invoicing, and control accounts receivable.
Maintain inventory of respiratory products, equipment, and office supplies; perform daily receiving and participate in regular inventory counts.
Desired Qualifications
Medical terminology experience or education.
Post-secondary education.
Client Service Representative (Medical Administration) Location: Western ProResp (London, Ontario) Full-time Permanent Role (37.5hrs/week: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm) Salaried position: Starting around $24 - $26 / hour.
We are recruiting to fill an existing vacancy for a Client Service Representative (CSR). CSRs at ProResp play an essential administrative role ensuring the success of community respiratory care. We are looking for an addition to our CSR team. You will interact directly with our patients as you coordinate and schedule our services in the community. The CSR’s are also responsible for office administration, billing, account reconciliation, and inventory management. ProResp is at the forefront of technology in the ongoing real-time management of patient files and referral processes utilizing both mobile and desktop CRM applications. Your Responsibilities:

Demonstrated self-management and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Medical terminology experience/education is an asset.
Education: High School required. Post-secondary education preferred.
