  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in information systems; and/or knowledge management/strategy, and 7+ plus years managerial experience.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud or equivalent Web Content Management or Publication Solutions
  • Direct skills managing a development team with more than 5 years' experience related to Content publication, web content management, development, and overall web system management.
  • Knowledgeable in SharePoint, Azure portfolio services, Teams, digital rights management, knowledge management, AI enablement to collaboration, SQL, Windows servers and services, Azure Active Directory, etc.
  • Knowledge Management centers of excellence including implementation.
  • Microsoft certification related to contracts and services.
  • Microsoft SharePoint developer and administrator certifications.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, technical, presentation, financial, and project management skills.
  • Strong enterprise technical architecture skills and knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership/ management abilities, ability to think strategically and globally, and influence others.
Responsibilities
  • Create the strategy development, configuration and overall experience of SharePoint platforms and Enterprise collaboration with an emphasis on providing stability, increased productivity, security, and an intuitive design.
  • Collaborate and align with business units to deliver solutions and solve complex problems along with laying the foundation of collaboration centers.
  • Partner with other stakeholders, support teams, business units, IT peers and leadership to share your vision and incorporate their feedback and ensure maximal business value creation. Clearly articulate corporate requirements, budget, benefits, timeline for rollout, required staffing, and connection to existing information resources.
  • Build and develop strategy to execution on knowledge management for Applied Materials.
  • Negotiate with customers to design solutions to address complex cross functional needs. Identifies and recommend industry successful practices for integrated solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and oversees new technology evaluations; Works with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness.
  • Oversee multi-function software application configuration and/or coding. Develops testing and data conversion strategy and approach and oversees testing preparation and execution and data conversions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of collaboration IT services/applications along with best industrial practices and ensuring a secure ecosystem.
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality.
  • Large scale understanding of global, technical and market trends related to collaboration and executes a systematic process for capturing competitive advantage.
