- Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and work items in Azure DevOps.
- Liaise between engineering, product, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Help produce client-facing documentation, including release notes, user guides, and training materials.
- Support customer relationship management and ticket management workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery.
- Attend client calls and internal stand-ups, capture actions, and follow up on outcomes.
- Experience working in a software, software as a service, or technology company.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot.
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management.
- Experience producing user-facing documentation, guides, or training materials.
