  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Substitution: Six (6) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry with at least two (2) of those years performing lending duties.
  • Five (5) years of experience in management.
  • Five (5) years of experience in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives.
  • Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business products.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure the delivery of superior customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
