Job Opportunity – Towing & Repossession Dispatch Manager with Glick Management in Cincinnati, OH

As the Towing & Repossession Dispatch Manager with Glick Management, you will manage and oversee the efficient dispatching of tow truck operators and repossession agents to various locations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely response to service requests and effective coordination of resources. You will ensure collection of proper documentation and maintain accurate recordkeeping. You will also coordinate with clients to retrieve personal items from repossessed vehicles.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends!

Pay:

$26 - $28/HR

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous experience in dispatching, with specific experience in towing and repossession operations highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed, display empathy and patience, and to de-escalate potentially tense situations
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
