Requirements
  • At least five years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in complex and international environments.
  • Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, service orientation, and customer orientation.
  • Successful experience working within AI teams or on AI projects.
  • Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence technologies and good prompt engineering skills, including prompt structuring and contextualization.
  • Ability to work in exploratory and non-stabilized environments involving new AI architectures, agentic systems, and emerging models.
  • Ability to interact effectively with expert technical teams in platform, architecture, security, data, and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in agile rituals; an agile Scrum certification such as PSPO or CSPO is recommended.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, build effective relationships, maintain rigor and service orientation, engage stakeholders, work autonomously, analyze information, propose initiatives, and adapt through iterations.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate functional design workshops and meetings, write and organize the backlog, and break work into initiatives.
  • Communicate the product vision to all stakeholders, organize demonstrations, and gather user feedback.
  • Present user stories, communicate major changes, and report sprint progress.
  • Test releases, ensure functional and technical quality, and arbitrate changes during acceptance testing.
  • Monitor operations, qualify level-two incidents, and add minor enhancement requests to the backlog.
  • Support solution adoption, maintain and deploy solutions, and develop the backlog identified for each project.
  • Support the Product Manager in building and synthesizing the product vision, roadmap, and product backlog in line with business and client expectations.
  • Identify key success indicators reflecting business value.
  • Manage the backlog by adding, removing, evolving, modifying, and continuously ordering items in agreement with the business and client vision.
  • Prioritize initiatives in line with the CoE's strategic objectives and OKRs.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops with sponsors and business, information technology, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Communicate backlog progress and deliveries regularly to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Propose delivery roadmaps and trajectories that optimize business and client value, and identify and control risks.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams supporting the CoE's growth, including monitoring, agentic systems, and large language model benchmarking.
  • Support the development team and participate in facilitating the team and its rituals.
  • Write user stories and functional requests and validate that they are properly understood.
  • Supervise testing phases and ensure the functional quality of AI solutions.
  • Track usage and performance indicators for AI solutions, including adoption, business value, functional quality, performance, costs, and direct or indirect feedback.
  • Track and evolve AI CoE key performance indicators, including generative AI measures such as response quality, reliability, latency, and cost per use.
  • Identify optimization and innovation opportunities through active monitoring and technology benchmarking of models, architectures, and market practices.
  • Contribute to establishing AI standards and guidelines across the organization.

Rothschild & Co appoints Ilga Haubert as UK Wealth Management investments head

Rothschild & Co has appointed Ilga Haubert as head of investments for its UK Wealth Management business. She will oversee investment strategy and proposition delivery for clients, reporting to UK Wealth Management CEO James Morrell. Haubert brings over 20 years of experience in investment research, portfolio management and senior oversight. Most recently, she served as head of equities at Fidelity, leading the Europe-based portfolio management team. The appointment is Morrell's first senior hire since becoming CEO in January 2026, succeeding Helen Watson. Grégoire Salignon named new head of Rothschild Martin Maurel

Rothschild & Co has appointed Grégoire Salignon as head of its French private bank Rothschild Martin Maurel, replacing Alain Massiera. Massiera will remain in an active strategic role. Salignon joined Rothschild & Co in 2002 as a wealth planning specialist and became deputy chief executive of Rothschild Martin Maurel in 2023. From 12 April, he oversees the firm's wealth management operations across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Monaco. Massiera has led Rothschild Martin Maurel's wealth and asset management activities since 2011, during which time assets under management increased 6.5 times. He will continue working with major clients and expansion projects, including the Italian branch launch and Monaco subsidiary support. Executive chairman Alexandre de Rothschild said the transition ensures management stability aligned with client expectations.
