- Certified Project Management Certification
- Experience in Sales Methodologies (ie. MEDDICC, Value Selling, Challenger, Command The Message, etc)
- Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS) and developing and managing content governance
- Video Editing/Instructional Design experience
- Develop structured and repeatable processes and playbooks for the Sales Enablement team
- Maintain the Enablement owned CMS, including ensuring governance to content guidelines
- Own the project management of large scale Enablement channels ie. SKO, Fignite, Global Leadership Offsite, Enablement Newsletter, and Bi-Weekly Sales All Hands (called Sales Talks)
- Develop a cross-functional intake program and proactive engage with XF teams to understand their roadmaps, how it impacts the field, and build out a prioritization strategy and Enablement roadmap
- Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with the Enablement team and Leaders
