About the job
- A minimum Bac+2 qualification in collections, accounting, or an equivalent field is required.
- Initial experience in a similar position is ideally preferred.
- Knowledge of contentious collections procedures is desirable.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of the construction and public works sector is desirable.
- Proficiency with office tools, including Microsoft Office, is indispensable.
- Occasional travel within the region is required.
- Manage amicable and contentious collection of premiums and deductibles in close collaboration with management and sales teams.
- Support clients by proposing personalized and constructive solutions for amicable collections adapted to their situations.
- Monitor collection operations and results, and ensure that client requests are processed.
- Prepare, investigate, and monitor contentious files with the relevant parties.
- Control and monitor the collection of receivables to ensure payment deadlines are managed.
- Prepare activity reports and summaries, including outstanding balances, account reviews, and results analysis.
- Provide regular updates to management teams on client situations and case progress.
