- Use strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow in HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
- Support adherence to recruitment processes by flagging deviations and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist with maintaining and aligning the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to user needs.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems through academic projects or personal use.
- A basic understanding of recruitment processes.
