Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an analytical role is required, preferably in inventory control or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, statistical analysis, and systems is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power BI, is required.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely is required.
  • The ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily is required, including the stated physical demands and work-environment requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support and administration for claims, credit holds, and customer order processing.
  • Monitor rebates, material flows, and customer orders to provide supply chain insights and recommendations.
  • Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making and analyze data for trends, patterns, and insights that improve business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboard summaries to branches, cross-functional teams, and management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support task completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in an analytical role in inventory control or supply chain is preferred.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
