Your Career
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (CSM/FSO), with Banking and treasury implementation experience, who will collaborate with senior Technology and Business stakeholders and apply knowledge of modern technology to influence and innovate solutions that impact the business. The candidate will be a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow’s FSO (Financial Services Operations) solutions based upon best practices with the goal of accelerating the best customer outcomes.
Your Impact
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Financial Services Operation (FSO) solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices
- Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow CSM/FSO modules to meet specific business needs, including workflows, integrations, and user interfaces
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to guide requirements, define project scope, explain ServiceNow capabilities and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex integrations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, implementing enhancements to optimize performance and user experience
- Expert in ServiceNow Data Foundation as it related to Common Service Data Model (CSMD), CMDB, and related tables
- Collaborate with Financial Services and Technology leadership to develop architecture priorities and direction to enable business imperatives for clients
- Drive continuous technology transformation to reduce technical debt for clients
- Oversee engineering crew to align skills with technology direction and executive proof of technologies
- Analyze industry and technology trends to leverage advancements to include in our GTM offerings
- Lead and define technology proof of concepts to validate architecture solutions
- Engage in hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions
- Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps for clients
- Communicate and present architectural direction and it’s alignment with the clients enterprise strategy
Your Experience
- 8+ years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development organization, preferably ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry leading Technology solutions
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise architectures and technical roadmaps with integrations with CRM, Customer Facing Portals, Core Banking Platforms, Core Insurance Platforms, Transactional Based Systems, Document Management Platforms, Data Warehouses, etc.
- Hands on experience in Banking and Wealth Management - Financial Service Operations (FSO) Suite
- Strong Understanding of the financial services industry and specific knowledge including system architecture, security, use cases, workflows, personas, industry standards, compliance and regulatory requirements (Ex. HIPPA, PHI, PII, KYC, AML, etc.) typically found in the financial services ecosystem.
- Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services.
- Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex situations.
- Experience with IT systems and technology platforms.
- Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!
Education:
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) current or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire (required)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)- CSM Professional Suite (required)
- ITSM Foundations and Core Platform with Integrations experience, preferred ITOM and/or OTM
- ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations (preferred)
- ServiceNow Micro-certs, nice to have!
