About the Job

Requirements

  • Deep, credible fluency across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)/Platform as a Service (PaaS), Kubernetes, and modern AI/machine-learning workloads.
  • A track record building offerings, practices, and reference solutions around an infrastructure or platform product with systems integrators.
  • Existing relationships with both large strategic global systems integrators and emerging AI-native systems integrators and AI consultancies, and an understanding of how to engage both.
  • Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and establishing regional structures across multiple geographies, accounting for local partner dynamics, delivery models, and incentives.
  • Experience creating frameworks, offerings, and playbooks from scratch and working in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of how infrastructure products are built and positioned, and ability to work with product teams to shape roadmaps and packaging for partner-led motions.
  • Ability to design commercial models, negotiate, and build partnership economics that scale into repeatable revenue.
  • 10+ years in cloud/infrastructure partner management, GSI alliances, or consulting-led enterprise go-to-market, including senior program leadership.
  • Understanding of how systems integrators build and run cloud, data, and AI practices, including their sales cycles, delivery models, and incentive structures.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end global GSI partner framework, including segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement models for both marquee global systems integrators and AI-native systems integrators, and establish the regional operating model across priority markets.
  • Identify, recruit, and mobilize AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies to source and land opportunities quickly.
  • Map how the Nebius platform fits each partner’s existing service portfolio and co-build reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that partners can package, sell, and deliver at scale.
  • Build durable relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, high-performance computing, AI/machine learning, and industry practices, from practice leads and architects to executive sponsors.
  • Establish sell-with, resale, co-sell, and managed-service models, including governance, economics, and incentives.
  • Map target accounts, run co-sell motions, and secure Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits to generate repeatable GSI-influenced revenue and consumption.
  • Build enablement, certification, and deployment blueprints so GSI technical and sales teams can work independently on the Nebius platform.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
  • Track and report GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, and hold internal and partner stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
  • Build and scale the global GSI program and team, owning its strategy, architecture, and execution while establishing regional partner activation across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Travel for executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and key industry or partner events.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience at a hyperscaler, GPU/AI cloud, high-performance computing or infrastructure provider, or cloud-native independent software vendor working closely with GSIs is highly valued.
  • Startup or 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus.

About the Company

Nebius

Runs GPU clouds for AI training and deployment

Nebius runs an AI cloud for developers, researchers, and enterprises that train models and put them into production. Its AI Cloud combines GPU computing, storage, networking, and managed services, while Token Factory runs models through an API so teams do not manage the underlying servers. Customers rent computing and storage at usage rates or reserve capacity, choosing resources that fit short experiments or sustained production workloads. Beyond the cloud, the group owns Avride, which develops autonomous vehicles and delivery robots, and TripleTen, which teaches technical skills for people changing careers. The publicly listed group is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
