- 3-5 years digital marketing exp preferably within digital acquisition/ performance marketing preferred
- Direct-to-Consumer experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Set-up, manage, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets
- Collaborate with multiple departments to drive marketing projects
- Test and scale new and existing ad networks and direct site placements
- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for creatives
- Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each advertising channel and campaign
- Maintain a top-level view of customer experience throughout the sales funnel
- Find and test new ad creatives and angles on native static and video ads
- Stay apprised of industry standards and implement new strategies
- Act as point person across all company departments for individual customer acquisition funnel
