Requirements
  • 2+ years of Renewal Specialist / Account Management or commensurate experience negotiating contracts
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS software, PaaS or web experience a plus
  • Thorough understanding of an Enterprise organization's structure and procurement processes.
  • Excellent Communicator. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • History of growing in a rapidly-changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to ensure all contracts and corresponding account data are accurate and up to date
  • Proactively lead a portfolio of client renewals
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely commitments
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals in your territory
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to enhance customer growth
  • Develop playbooks for renewal engagement improving revenue retention
  • Uncover trends, propose improvements, and build processes that improve the renewal workflow
  • Assist Finance with dunning and collections
