Requirements
  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • Fluent German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency
Responsibilities
  • Generate opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts for the DACH team by qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
  • Own your territory to qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch our product to interested prospects.
  • Leverage cutting-edge sales development techniques and tools to engage prospects.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying inbound and outbound leads and pitching the product.
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and articulate how 360Learning can help.
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market and present the 360Learning value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales; participate in onboarding and continuous learning and coaching.
  • Within 1 month: finish onboarding and begin core role as a BDR; master the pitch and qualification methodology; start qualifying leads and create first opportunities for AEs.
  • Within 3 months: fully master tool stack and ramp up; act as partner to Account Executives; qualify first Sales Qualified Opportunities; prioritize inbound and outbound leads pipeline and forecast performance; polish qualification method; master tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong.
  • Within 6 months: be fully ramped on inbound and outbound methodologies; achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads; partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and generate innovative lead generation ideas; research trends and best practices for engagement.
  • Within 12 months: contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and assist in onboarding new team members.
