- Must regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
- Must be able to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs.
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level.
- Must have a GED or high school diploma.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Pick parts in an assigned zone quickly and accurately.
- Inspect and receive product.
- Prepackage product for bin or emergency stock.
- Inspect product quality before prepackaging.
- Review pack lists to ensure correct quantities, verify picked parts, box product, and prepare it for shipping.
- Assemble cables and battery packs.
- Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities.
- Process shipping and work at the shipping dock.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC by answering product questions.
- Handle customer change-order requests when applicable.
- Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels.
- Perform inventory counts related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update the system.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
