Requirements
Three years of commercial insurance sales, account management, or agency experience is preferred.
A Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License is required, or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment.
Responsibilities
Support Lead Sales Executives and Account Managers throughout the sales and client servicing lifecycle to ensure a seamless client experience.
Prequalify new business opportunities by gathering underwriting information, evaluating eligibility, and preparing complete submissions for carrier marketing.
Market commercial insurance accounts, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare proposals for presentation to prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate the renewal process from submission through presentation and binding while ensuring timely communication with carriers and clients.
Build and maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries, processing endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, binders, contract reviews, and other servicing requests.
Assist with new business sales activities by preparing quotes, coordinating follow-up activities, and supporting client meetings as needed.
Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal business partners to secure appropriate insurance solutions and resolve service issues.
Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and agency management system information while ensuring compliance with agency standards.
Participate in client and carrier meetings and continuing education activities to strengthen client relationships and remain current on insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
Desired Qualifications
A professional insurance designation such as CIC, CPCU, AAI, ARM, CISR, or an equivalent designation is strongly preferred.

The Role You’ll Play to Create Success
We are growing and looking for a full-time, Commercial Account Executive - (Property and Casualty) position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being responsible for the day-to-day management of our mid-sized to largest and most complex client accounts with the potential for future growth.

The Attributes We Seek
Three (3) years of commercial insurance sales, account management, or agency experience preferred.
Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License required or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
Professional insurance designation (CIC, CPCU, AAI, ARM, CISR, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
