Requirements
  • Be available to work full time with open availability.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Operate basic restaurant equipment.
  • Be able to maneuver inside the restaurant to access food and beverage items, machinery, and other restaurant equipment.
  • Be able to ascend and descend a ladder or stairs to service machinery, lights, and ceiling fans.
  • Be able to exchange accurate information while communicating with customers or employees.
  • Be able to work in a noisy and distracting environment.
  • Be able to meet the physical demands of the position, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
  • Ensure all dishes are sanitized and free of debris.
  • Organize and store clean dishes in their proper locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by disposing of trash and recycling and keeping equipment sanitized.
  • Restock kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as required.
