  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Have relevant emergency department experience.
  • Be able to adapt and manage priorities.
  • Be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professional autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health status and take charge of urgent situations.
  • Administer required treatments and nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor patients' clinical progress and intervene rapidly when changes occur.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining the quality and safety of care.
